The staff are great. The food is good.
I arrived late afternoon and wanted a snack as I didn't have lunch. I ordered a 'starter' at the bar by the water. It took an hour to arrive and it was small and I had no napkins or salt and pepper and there was no one to assist. I had to use the table cloth. It is quiet. It's a bit 'worn'. I think it needs refurbishing. I think it's overpriced.

Family friendly staff are good ask for maamoun
There is no access to the beach even if it's in front of the beach, but the location wasn't really good.
If it's high tide you can be broke on the rock
If it's low tide you need to walk maybe for 400 metres on the rocks so they should mention that in the description of the hotel.
To swim, they have to take you to another hotel and you pay 10 dollars to get access to the beach that can be use it for drink or food and its only 2 time for pick up and 2 time drop off so for me if they mention that on the description i will not book there.
evrythink was good but they have to work on this details.
