Fast & easy check-in, a private room for this price point is unheard of - room was clean and although not air-conditioned, came with a fan that did just fine at beating the heat. Other residents like to sit in the lobby & are very friendly. Great location next to several konbini’s, a MEGA Donki, and SPAWORLD & RESORT sento less than 10 minutes walk away, and well-connected to the rest of the city via the Osaka Metro. Incredibly happy with my stay here and I’ll return when I find myself in Osaka once more.

Bathroom is interesting experience.
Somebody stole my new umbrella. Don't leave anything outside. No free Wi-fi.

The location is good
The smell is bad and there is smell of dog urine. Everything must be paid for, there is no wifi in the room.
