Staff hospitality and caring attitude is unparalleled. The complimentary pick-up and drop-off to the airport is an additional good feature.
Live music was poor. Executive lounge food items need much improvement.

The hotel staff was highly trained and very attentive, from room service to breakfast they were there to help you. Breakfast buffet was good, not excellent but very good and their fresh fruit juices were excellent.
Not a complaint, but it's clear the rooms are starting to show their age, TV remote was old, but overall the room was good and please don't consider this a complaint.

Breakfast was nice as well as the Japanese restaurant located in the building. It was nice not having to worry about the food while staying here.
There were a few issues I wasn't ready to deal with while staying here.
I have a mirrorless camera and was told I cannot take photos of the courtyard area. Come to find out, they wanted me to book and pay for a guide from the hotel to escort me around to take photos. I would've added nice photos to this review had they not stopped me.
After being in and out at the hotel, my partner and I were stopped at the elevators by security. We are a mixed race couple. I am white, and she is Pakistani. The guard didn't believe that she was a guest of the hotel, and thought that I had bought her for the night. I didn't appreciate this. This confuses me also because I had passed though the front of house security with no issues, and it makes me wonder of the competency of the security in the first place.
This is one of the most expensive hotels in the city and it is not worth it at all. Smoking rooms are next to non smoking rooms, the hallways smell like an ashtray.
There is nothing superb about this hotel. It is completely average with a 3x inflated price tag.
