Very clean, great location and beautiful view from our room, room 16.
Close to bars and restaurants.. so some noise.. but didn’t bother us..

Fantastic location, very nice personnel, good breakfast (except dry scrambled eggs) with lake view, very good restaurant below the apartment, apartment cleaned on a daily basis
My apartment was not 45m2 for sure. I spent my childhood in a flat of this area and was much bigger. This apartment was rather closer to 25-30m2. Air conditioning did not work, which was very uncomfortable during the nights in mid of August.
