Love the natural setting. Within easy reach of attractions and appointments.

Kids facilities were excellent. Great holiday activities as a bonus.
Cabins were clean.
Excellent location - easy to get to everything.
Cabins missing lots of things - saucepan, colander, chopping boards. However these were provided when asked for.
At our half week changeover, a poor job done to remake beds - sheets not tucked in at all.

location was good, only 5-10 minute drive to anything in canberra. queen bed in room was comfy. buffet breakfast was yummy and had lots of options. pool area, basket ball court, playground, badmitten court was great for kids. great place for a short stay.
there were ants in our cabin kitchen when we arrived. dirty bar of soap left in the shower from previous occupants, air con units need to be serviced as no hot air was coming out as the filter was full of dust.

The location and facilities and staff behavior.
The toilet was smelly. The dinning room floor was not properly cleaned. We didn't expect that.
