Staff are very friendly and considerate… They proactively assisted us when queuing and handed out water while we’re waiting for room.

Good location. Chelsea Garden Restaurant is good for breakfast
Bathroom door was misaligned can’t close. Poorly designed. We requested for memory pillow but is in travel size, very poor standard for a grand hotel. Staff was abused by an another customer at the time we were checking in. No one comes to her aid nor security was presented. On the other hand my sister tried to get some tourist information from another staff while we check in, she was told to go and to ask another staff. Apparently she was very unfriendly.
