Outstanding customer service. We had to make an urgent flight from Auckland to visit a family member in intensive care at the hospital and had nowhere to stay. The staff went out of their way at short notice to make the room available and arranged for us to check in well after hours. The facilities, location, and amenities were superb. Our sincere thanks for making the brief stay possible and for your care and attention during a difficult time for our family. We would definitely stay here again (hopefully for a longer period and under better circumstances).

Loved this place! Plenty of parking and really close to town, which made everything so convenient. The place was spotless, warm, and lovely and quiet. Such a comfortable and relaxing stay. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The only downside is that there is no lift, which can make carrying heavy suitcases upstairs quite challenging. This is something guests should be aware of when booking.
