Great location, traditional style. The staff was helpful, it was a friendly environment for a few nights. The main metro line is close, with metro or by walk it is easy to reach the meeting points of the great wall tours and other local tours. Also in the evening, the main street nearby it offers plenty of local food options and nice vibes.
The room needs some renovation, especially the bathroom, even the bathroom door was not closing normally, it had a trick how to close it.

The location is excellent. There are a lot of great places to eat nearby, the hotel is only a few minutes from the metro, and close to a lot of important sites. The building itself is beautiful and historic. It's a slice of old Beijing.
There were smoking sections right by non-smoking rooms, and that smoke went into the room.

Superb location!!! Near major attractions.
Excellent Chinese ambience, great to take photos at night.
Kind and helpful staff.
Nice rooms.
Hot water was more like natural water... We thought about it twice before taking a shower.

Everything . I don't know where to start. The place is dated, old towels, etc.
