Great hotel, great breakfast. Staff was friendly. Pool was amazing. Probably one of the better stays one could have at a hotel with children. The hotel grounds themselves are spectacular and there's room for little kids to run around safely and explore. For instance, there is a Parrot that lives at the hotel and my kids loved going up to it to greet it and see it.
The staff at this hotel was very large. It felt like at times the front desk was backed up with lots of people checking in, but they were always friendly. I think they could improve upon the check-in/check-out process.

Great Property! Loved that there are museums on site. The spa was excellent! Everyone is nice. And I like you put the flags of where you’re from on the table at the restaurant.
Maybe there could be a little more signage before I got lost going back to my room a few times. And maybe more signage to the chocolate store. It’s so hidden.

Buffet breakfast is good but it’s overly distributed in different rooms and you have to walk a lot to get your food, it’s a hassle. Service personnel is excellent though.
Totally overrated and overpriced property. We had 3 standard rooms that were dated and needed a fresh coat of paint. Architectural it is disgusting that all bathrooms have an open ventilation window to the hall, which stank and had a terrible poo smell.
Small museums are boring to ok.
We used the spa facilities, which again are also dated and truly low standard.
I’m happy we just stayed one night here and payed a third of the price at another hotel (Hotel Casa Noble) for the rest of our stay in Antigua that felt more authentic and cozier, the rooms were definitely nicer and better value for the money.
