Location was amazing on the banks of Lake Como with a ferry stop next to the hotel.
Hotel rooms have been refurbished to a high standard .
Information before our arrival, where to park and collection from the car park was very handy.
Good breakfast.
We ate in the restaurant 1 evening the food was very nice.
The wine waiter was dismissive of our choice of wine.

The exceptional lake view the clean rooms the whole hotel vibe is so warm and cute
It’s just they don’t have an inside phone that you can call tbe reception if you need something at night and you don’t want to get dressed and go down to ask and it’s a bit far from bellagio and if you wanna stick to the ferry schedules you gotta come back early so you will miss the whole day in varenna dnd bellagio so gotta have a car

The location of this hotel is fantastic. The terrace is beautiful and looks directly over Lake Como. Torno is a charming small town. However, the rooms are extremely basic. I understand that they are due to be refurbished and if they can get the rooms right, this would be a great hotel.
The rooms are extremely basic. However, my room and bathroom were both large and could be wonderful if refurbished properly. The linen and towels also need to be better.
