Great location
It was very hot as our apartment at the top of the stairs, and although there was a fan it didn't really help

The location was great, just a short walk from Hammersmith Station, with plenty of connections to central London. The apartment was in a quiet, local residential area, and one of the best things was the little local pub just opposite — the perfect place to unwind and call it a day!
There were plenty of supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and the Friday food market in Hammersmith felt like an extra little treat for us.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the room size was very reasonable for the price, especially by London standards.

The apartment we stayed in was lovely, the beds especially were very comfortable. The location was excellent. It was very well equipped.
Unfortunately our stay was impacted by the lack of sound insulation between floors which affected our sleep a lot. We may just have been unlucky with the other residents who seemed never to sleep. It was also difficult reaching the staff by phone, but they were very responsive via email during office hours.
