Friendly receptionist, who showed us to the lift, and to our room. Secure, underground garage parking at a very reasonable price.

Location was excellent. only a 12 minute walk from the railway station and less than 10 minutes into the old town. Staff generally helpful.
The air conditioning - or rather the lack of it. It did say the property was air conditioned but it was set centrally and kept at 24 degrees. I did say it was far too hot for me, but the staff said it could not be changed. Also no information on the wi fi code until I went to ask and then it wouldn't work initially.
