Breakfast was good. location is excellent, room was spacious and clean. staff were friendly and courteus
Bedsheets were not so clean, no towels were provided. The lift situation is odd. Only the fifth floor can access the lift, others need to use stairs which is difficult for aged people. Hotel should rethink this.

Had a very good stay at Park Palace Hotel, Kolkata. Great location near Gariahat, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. Good value for money. Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay.
