Excellent location and staff. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Room 12 was really a suite. Huge room with 4 poster bed and bathroom with freestanding bath, walk in shower and twin sinks, The panoramic window overlooking the sea with comfy armchairs were fabulous. A little up and down stairs and slopes to get there but worth it. Food excellent as was the service and attention to detail. Will defo be booking again and recommending.
Very little, the steak knives were not up to a blue steak and a nice sharp one would have been better than the 'serrated' ones.

Modern decor, spotlessly clean, great shower, courteous/very friendly staff, background music at breakfast appreciated, outdoor patio and perfect location. Bar area particularly nice.
Room: Although a stool and perfectly positioned makeup mirror was provided it was let down by poor lighting.
Hairdryer connection to the wall hindered full usability when drying.
Room was hot even with radiator off. No ac but fan provided.
Food: Good selection at breakfast with excellent coffee machine. The one evening meal consisted of an excellent starter (Makhrani king prawn with cracked popudum) followed by a disappointing main (Taverners chicken 'dry'). Staff were excellent.

Location excellent and the view was fantastic. Very comfortable bar area and room comfortable enough although it would have been nice to have sheets that fitted the bed
Staff 'dead-eyed' in the main but quick off the mark to tell you what you couldn't do or have. Felt like boot camp right from the start with the booking experience and then the stay. Nobody advised that you had to book Sunday lunch as only roasts and no other menu available. Ate in the restaurant twice. First night a good steak meal. Second night catering van standard of burger. Horrible. Also gave up on dessert after it still hadn't arrived after 40 minutes. Hotel doesn't meet it's own aspirations
