Extremely helpful and friendly staff, great facilities very comfortable room with superb bed. We reported hairdryer broken and within 5 minutes had been replaced! We had wanted to go out for a day and they sorted a taxi for us. The cleaning fairies were amazing every day we returned to find it perfect and there was a fab breakfast

Bed was a little hard and room was in need of an update but we were in an economy room
