Satff, breakfast, environment and everything was so nice. Room clean and big. Bathroom absolutely new and clean. We will repeat.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. My stay was very brief but the overall experience was very pleasant and I would stay there again the next time I am in Harrogate!
Nothing I didn't like!

Good food great location and great staff
The room was a little small.
Most of the tv channels did not work
Only 1 of the 2 showed heads worked
The bathroom door had no latch so did not stay shut unless it was locked and if locked it could not be unlocked from the outside, not ideal for a family room
There was a floor level window with a restrictor which still allowed it to be opened enough for a child to fit through. Again not ideal for a family room
Uncomfortable beds
