The view from our room was breathtaking and the pool area was wonderful. The staff was pleasant, helpful and courteous.
A better explanation of multiple buildings and the absence of an elevator in one with two stories. Luckily we can haul our own luggage but that information should be stressed more. Property is a bit dated

Service to my needs was excellent. Had a problem with my room and it was taken care of right away.
A little date, but they are upgrading it

The location and the nice trees. Garden

The view is lovely, and I am sure the pool and beach are fantastic during hotter weather.
I think the photos make it look nicer than it is. The hotel is a bit dated.
Main issue was the noise in the corridors early in the morning, the hotel is very echoey so people talking in the hallway is extremely loud.
