Location
Too pricy for what I received, no daily cleaning unless asked to, the mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable

Great room, clean, good location (between city center and the train station)
I didn't like the fact that they didn't have smaller pillows. I had to slept without a pillow and it's not ideal when traveling

App for unlocking the doors was great. Nice option for late check out. Locker for suitcase once we checked out was very helpful.
