Staff was amazing. Love the location. Near restaurants and centrally located.

Valentina was very nice as was the fellow that helped us get a taxi. The room was clean. Very old building in a great location . Historic I would call it.
We had trouble with the key to the door of the apt.

Compact room in city centre, close to all shops, old town, many eating places and railway station.
Staff very helpful and friendly.
Door locks can be quite tricky in Italy in general.
Best to check to be sure you understand the technique to get in or out of rooms/security doors.

Location.
Reception not always attended. My room was in another building down the street. Key to room door very frustrating to unlock, took me 10 minutes to finally get in. There is no breakfast. You get a token to get breakfast at a cafe 2 blocks away and its only a croissant, small cafe and small orange juice.
