Great location. Beach and pub, can’t ask for more.
Rooms were decently hot and it’s not even peak summer. Might need an upgrade in the fan department.

Everyone at the reception was nice.
I stayed for one night, on a Friday. From 7.30pm to 11.00pm there was a concert in the bar and I've never experienced a place where the music was so extremely loud. I actually got a headache because of the bass.. All of us in the room were complaining about this.
The bathroom is small and dirty. The drain in the shower was clogged so the water wasn't draining at all. Very gross if the floor is already dirty. Also there's no hand soap inside the room/bathroom. No option to wash your hands..
The mattress of my bed was the worst I've ever experienced, you could feel the springs in your back. Luckily there was another free bed so I could move to that one. Overall I think the worst place I've stayed in, in Australia. Unfortunately there wasn't another cheap option in Coffs Harbour.
