Great location right next to the park and some lovely restaurants. Small balcony. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Adequate size room although shower room is integral which means you have to get changed & dressed in the open room which is fine if you're staying with your partner but not ideal if with a friend.
Breakfast was round the corner off site. Would have liked a kettle in the room. No bottled water included. There was a fridge but drinks were pricey compared to other places .

Comfy bed.
Our room had been allocated to another guest. We got a room that had the paint peeling off in the shower and loose loo seat.
