We had a brilliant and very relaxing stay at Tigmiza in October half term. The hotel is 20-25 minutes outside Marrakesh and that was perfect for us to get the balance of pool and relax time with some excitement going into the souls and exploring. The staff and the WhatsApp contact to reserve dinner/ organise transport was brilliant and we would definitely return again!
The food in the restaurant was delicious but would have been brilliant to have another maybe more casual dinner option. Pool bar food was great for lunch - maybe extend?

What can I say, the service was absolutely outstanding. The staff cannot do enough for you, from laying out your towel on your sunbed to the attentive bar service.
The pictures on booking.com do not do the hotel justice. We stayed in a suite (the most basic room) which was enormous. Complimentary water provided in the room everyday along with a bowl of fruit at the start and little edible treats at the turn down service late afternoon. Nespresso machine too.
Upon arrival you get WhatsApp dialogue with the concierge where you can request what you please. We constantly had staff reiterate if there was anything we needed just ask.
Food and drinks are priced accordingly for a 5 star resort and I think the 10% service charge on all food and drinks is fair considering it is equally shared amongst all staff so no need for tipping. And yes you get a great service so completely worth it. The food is excellent and tasty with both a Moroccan and international menu.
If you want to feel like you are in your own private hotel, and don’t like to feel in a crowd, it ticks al the boxes!
The only negatives for us, was that it was extremely quiet of an evening but that may be a bonus for some. It would have been nice to have a bit more ambience on the roof terrace with some music.
