Clean room and very hospitable people

Location was absolutely fantastic. The staff at both the reception and the cleaners were really pleasant. I know there was an onsen that others enjoyed, unfortunately could not attend due to tattoos not being allowed. Water dispenser with hot/cold water on every floor. Being able to control the aircondition/heater is good.
My room was not super clean upon check in, especially the bathroom. Pillows are really uncomfortable. Laundry situation, there was a washer/dryer but it was located in the changing rooms, which made it uncomfortable going there solely to do laundry and the washer didn’t even clean my clothes very well.

En el centro de la ciudad. Habitación con todo lo necesario. Mucho personal amable
Habitación tan pequeña que no podías cruzarte con tu pareja. Parking muy caro .
