My aunt and I stayed at Mango Lagoon while visiting my father, who has terminal cancer, and we couldn’t have asked for a lovelier place to stay during such an emotional time.
The rooms were gorgeous and the pools were AMAZING (as was the location - 5/10 min walk to Palm Beach), but the staff were what made our stay so special. Everyone was so warm, personable and genuinely kind. They welcomed my dad to visit and enjoy things like massages, and treated him with such patience, dignity and respect. He can sometimes become confused or get carried away chatting, and the kindness they showed him meant more to us than they probably realised.
It’s hard to put into words how much those little interactions matter when someone you love is so unwell. We felt so welcome and cared for, and being able to share this beautiful place with Dad made our stay all the more special.
Thank you to everyone at Mango Lagoon - especially GM Matt + reception team Carolyn & (ahhh i've fogotten your name 'cocktail superstar'!) You made a difficult trip that little bit gentler, and we’re incredibly grateful. ❤️

The walk from the car park to the room.

Facilities were clean, room size was great, staff were most friendly and helpful. Location suited us well.

Location and pools.Apartment was nice .
The apartment had a few issues which didn't get fixed for days. The tv stopped working. But the most annoying thing was the exhaust fan in the toilet. It wouldn't stop running even all night. We were told that this had been a problem because the electric circuit was connected to the apartment next door and if they turned it on next door then ours came on as well.?3 days and nights it hummed quite loudly before it was disconnected. We also couldn't hear anyone staying in the apartment next door so we couldn't work that one out.
