I have been visiting Estonia for eleven years now, and I always spend at least one night in Tallinn. Over that time, I’ve stayed in various apartments across different parts of the city. The Rotermanni district is one of my favorites—it’s close to everything you might need, including grocery stores, restaurants, bars, public transport, the city center, and more. It’s also a very stylish neighborhood; it looks particularly beautiful in the evening, when it’s nicely illuminated.
The apartment itself isn’t very large, but it’s perfectly adequate for a group of four friends who don’t require a lot of personal space. Everything was clean and ready by the agreed-upon time, and picking up the keys was completely hassle-free. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials—more than enough for preparing simple meals—and I especially appreciated having a freezer. The Wi-Fi worked without any issues, though the instructions I received via message didn’t quite match the printed instructions left by the router. Overall, we were very satisfied, and I’ve added this apartment to my list of places to check the next time I’m in Tallinn.
Nothing explicitly negative happened; here are just a few tips and suggestions for improvement:
- The printed instructions for connecting to the Wi-Fi (located by the router in the apartment) are outdated—it might be worth updating them.
- Water from the shower can splash around the corner; an extra bath mat would be appreciated (there was only one).
- We did manage to find spare toilet paper, but I can imagine that there could be more of it available and it could be more visibly placed.

Centrally located in the Rotermann neighborhood, which is a lively touristy expat place to hang out. It's about 2min walk to the historic city centre. The studio is spacious, bright, with a small balcony and the bed is quite comfortable. There is a small table bar to eat/work, which is convenient. The place is rather clean, also some efforts could be put in the kitchen maintenance.
The extra plus was the laundry machine and they provided one laundry pad for my 3 night stay which was just perfect.
Although the place is charming, it's poorly constructed and although quite new, we see a lot of signs of decadence like the walls being molded, the broken hanging racks or bathroom seals which are coming off.

Location, easy check in
Linens on extra blanket were used. Some dirty cloths in closets probably forgotten by previous guests. Door handle was broken and I reported to the owner right away. Zero response received. Later, they tried to charge me for damage!? Tried contacting owner again and again no response. Very poor communication.
