An Unforgettable Stay & The Epitome of Heartfelt Turkish Hospitality! Extraordinary Team at Grand Durmaz! ❤️
I would like to express my deepest, most sincere gratitude to the incredible team at Grand Durmaz Hotel. Our stay was nothing short of magical, made truly unforgettable by the extraordinary care, warmth, and genuine hospitality of the staff. Traveling with my mother, we could not have asked for a more heartwarming experience.
We arrived early in the morning, exhausted after a long and grueling journey. From the very moment we stepped into the lobby, we were embraced with such genuine kindness and attentive care that all our travel weariness melted away. Onur Bey and Serkan Bey at the front desk demonstrated the highest level of professionalism paired with true human compassion. They immediately made us feel cherished and at home, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort right from the start.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to the entire front desk and guest services team — Canan, Nejdet, Vedat, and Tolga! You are all absolutely wonderful. This is, without a doubt, the most gracious, polite, and accommodating staff we have ever encountered. Every request was met with a warm smile and prompt, impeccable assistance.
Our stay was made even sweeter by our lovely housekeeper, Ms. Hicran. She is an absolute gem — so incredibly sweet, radiant, and endlessly attentive!
Thanks to her tireless dedication, our room and the entire floor were kept in pristine, immaculate condition. Her delightful, touching gestures of decorating our bed with fresh flower petals each day brought the biggest smiles to our faces and warmed our hearts deeply.
Highlights of the hotel:
🔸Prime Location: Absolutely unbeatable location! Central, highly convenient, and perfectly situated for exploring the rich culture and beauty of the city.

The staff members were welcoming and helpful.
For any questions and help we needed we had a staff member “Serkan” who provided umbrellas and Taxis during our stay. We were able to change our room due to street noise and the change was smoothly made by the Team and the big help of Serkan.
The first room we had with a view of the Main Street was too noisy unfortunately. If the Hotel could provide a double window/ glazing, it’ll be good.

The location, although next to a bridge, was very close to the metro, tram, and shops.
The bathroom ventilation is so bad, the smell was horrible.
