Our room (14) was nice with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom facilities were fine. Breakfast was very good and excellent value for money. Cooked to order which was nice. The check in and restaurant staff were very nice. I thought that the value for money for an overnight stay was excellent.
Nothing really, the hotel met our expectations.

Breakfast was nice. Good range of items in the menu.
The front of the hotel looks great. When you get inside there wasn’t anywhere to sit. There were 6 people in and nowhere else. The main breakfast room was closed at 4:30.

Lovely bright conservatory style restaurant and a quality to order breakfast, excellent.
Our room would have benefitted from black out blinds as the street lights were bright. Really didn't like the latched wooden bathroom door.

Staff were very friendly and helpful
I booked a double room only to be presented with a double bed and 3 bunk beds significantly reducing space in the room. There were no plugs anywhere near a mirror so impossible to dry my hair, not very well thought out layout. The room needed a complete refurbishment, shower was minuscule. Bed uncomfortable due to being 2 singles joined together
