There is a good supermarket nearby. There were church bells during the day, but they were pleasant. The people were very kind, helping our parking with a physical problem we had at the time.
The parking was difficult. We had a place in an underground section of the car park. The lift was small and had a sign saying it took two people. The only eggs at breakfast were hard boiled. The hallway carpet was grubby and marked.

Nice hotel, just a few minutes' walk from the city center, central station, and the Fortress Hohensalzburg. The staff was helpful. There is a good restaurant in the basement and parking available behind the building.
