All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The English speaking receptionist was particularly good and I’m sorry I don’t have her name. The hotel was very clean, with an interesting Art Deco style and the room was perfect for us. The bathroom was a little small but not a big issue. Breakfast was very good with lots of fruit, yoghurt and croissants etc alongside Japanese options. We enjoyed the location near the city centre but still walkable to the train station, port and gardens.

Free tea and cakes, and drinks and food. Comfortable bed
Couldn't find entrance with scaffolding covering it up. Advertis8ng out the front looked like it was a restaurant!

A wonderful, classy boutique style hotel that had everything. Book the club floor for happy hour and your stay will surpass all expectations. A special shout out to Razu San, an amazing staff that has huge pride for his job and went far an beyond to make sure our stay was fabulous, and it was, thank you so much.

The staff were completely amazing and went well beyond what you would expect to help. Especially when their small car park was full, directing us to an alternative. But above all, we were trying to get in to a specialist shop and they took the trouble to phone the owner and ask her to open up.
The room was small, but the problem is that it was hopelessly cluttered and badly furnished so there was no space at all. The bed was overly hard. Very disappointing as we have stayed at other Royal Park and found them excellent
