The staff are incredible and really make the experience memorable. Tina behind the bar and Georgia who does all the cooking and serving at the buffet stood out as star employees. We enjoyed the food and drinks, access to cliff swimming and infintiy pool. We stayed in the newer building and loved the view and access to the grounds. The grounds are nice, but some of the outdoor furniture could use replacing/maintence. We also would have liked easier access to eat outside. There are tables but no real procedure to get service out there, making getting things like water, salt/pepper and condiments difficult.
had an issue with housekeeping not making bed correctly, giving attidue when we asked for it to be corrected, and several times did not have enough towels to replenish with basic room needs (not extra requests). This was extermly frustrating as the hotel was empty, only had about 12 rooms occupied. Our shower never had hot water, even after reporting the issue to maintence multiple times. We also had a discrepency in our room charges which was minmal but never got resolved. The sister property we found a bit rundown and the beach chairs were mostly broken and tightly packed together on the small beach. We didn't stay for the day, opting to go back to the cliffs after about an hour.

The property was absolutely stunning and more than I expected. The receptionist that greeted us was very warm and welcoming. I got the exact location I paid for and the views were to die for. It‘s very peaceful, calm and relaxing.
The food wasn’t as great as expected, but it was OK, I have a very local taste so so my review on the food might be biased.

liked the clean, well kept grounds, the friendly, attentive staff,the great food.the special touch of the birthday gift basket and they allowed me to play my violin, plus the overall relaxing vibe.

I thought it would have had varieties of meals until I found it yard vybz. Being served and the space where the serving was done was too small, overcrowded and little hot for the visitors. The lack of sucks or meal for the late comers was a turn off. After breakfast,lunch or dinner i thought I’ll still have something to bite.
I asked for upstairs room and I was given downstairs, I was clear in my asking during reservation. From the website it shows to have another sight but there wasn’t.
