Dear Florence was incredibly hospitable. I felt like I was at home. Everything was spotless and well-organized. The breakfast was wonderful, with everything you could possibly wish for. Starting the day with such a perfect breakfast really lifted my spirits.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was excellent right next to the arena, shops and restaurants.
Nothing it was as described and did what I required.

It was super close to the arena and we went to the opera. It was still 32 degrees at midnight, so wonderful to quickly get back to our room with air conditioning!
Breakfast was good with lovely fresh hot pastries.
The beds weren't very comfortable. There was no coffee making facilities outside of breakfast.
