Great location next to Kyoto Station, which has all trains, including Shinkansen, and is a major bus terminal. Entrance to the underground Kyoto Station Porta is right outside the hotel front door--via Entrance C6. Many food options in the Porta. Lawson convenience store is a block away. Hotel breakfast buffet had numerous food options. Staff were very friendly.
Bed only had two pillows. Both pillows were really stiff. Room is missing a safe to store valuables.

the room was spacious and the hotel itself was not far from the train station,and the food for breakfast was fantastic with so many choices.

It was right opposite the train station which was handy.
Bathroom looked very tired and in need of replacement sink.

Old and doors and carpets were damaged and dated . Bath wasn’t sealed around the edges so water flowed down on to the floor
It’s was old I thought it was new with the name New inside
