My partner and I thought the staff of the hotel were extreamly exceptional and helpful. The reception team were wonderful and the bar staff extreamly friendly. We felt welcome and happy in the hotel at all times.
The only thing I would say, was that at the time, due to upgrades to the hotel taking place there were no Telephones in the room and room service was not available. Although breakfast was still served to the rooms and it was excelent. But we understood this just happened to be during the moment of our stay and next time it would be available. I would also suggest that alcohol be added to the room minibar selection as an option for guests. But overall these were very small inconvienences and they will not stop us staying again. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Vienna. The location across from the park is beautiful.

It was our second stay in this hotel, which tells something. We like the location (near the park, calmer than the centre of Vienna, but still pretty lively), the staff professional. It has the feeling of Austrian tradition, but with all modern services. The room was nice and big and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast is very good, lots of variety, but it gets crowded in popular hours.

Beds were really comfortable.and the bed linen was lovely.
Hallways and carpet outside the room were really stained and scuffed. Shower is over the bath and a really big step to get in and out.
