The courtyard is very nice, the hotel is quite despite being really close to the souks and about 15 minute walk to the Jeema el-Fna. Very cordial staff. Breakfast and dinner were good.
At some hours of the day, like the afternoon, staff is not available or does not speak English or French.

Wonderful and friendly staff. Beautiful and cosy Riad. Location is also very central right at centre of medina but also very quiet. We felt safe walking as also surrounded by riad hotels and cctv outside. Would definitely come back. I would also suggest their pick up service as it can be confusing initially and if you are large group it wouldnt make much difference than taxi.
Initially it was hard to find first time but as you keep going back it will be much easier. The aircon takes time to cool but it will be eventually.
