The staff was incredibly awesome . Everything was a new experience for me. From car elevator to getting an Uber or suggestions on where to eat. They were the best and most pleasant!
The room was clean and acceptable. Just so so. Bad it wasn't bad

I really love this hotel! The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway, buses, restaurants, and cafés. The rooms are spacious, and the lobby has a really nice seating area. The staff speak English, and housekeeping cleans the room every day. I honestly think this hotel deserves more stars than it currently has!

The Hotel Star was a decent value and the bathtub was huge.
The Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, and we couldn't get any extra pillows. Ended up paying more to stay in the Hotel Stay which had more comfortable beds.

The location is great. I was in Seoul for a conference and the proximity to the subway was a big advantage.
I never had issues sleeping in any beds, but this one really destroyed my back. I ended up using the sheets to cover the pillow but the experience was not great. There is barely a window too, but that annoyed me less since I would only return to the hotel at night.
