The unit was much larger and better than expected the fittings and fixtures were all good quality and condition. The beds were very comfortable and the furniture was extremely functional and comfortable .
There was no real downside the parking bay for the unit was a little challenging and not difficult. The parking area the elevator was very good. I don’t have any negative experience or feedback.

Good undercover parking, nice pool, pleasant view
Water laid under the outside table due to heavy rain could an issue for owners.
