Breakfast was excellent. A good selection, and everything perfectly cooked and well presented. All the staff were lovely.
Service at meals very slow, even with few guests. Not enough selection of mains for evening meals if staying for severa days.
Bottles of wine very expensive.
Awful smell of frying onions in our bedroom from time to time.

We have been to the Acorn many times. we love the ambiance, the staff are amazing, the food is perfect!
The bathroom/shower was a bit too small to manoeuvre but we managed.

Very pretty old property. Car parking on site. Friendly welcome .
Heated towel rail broken and leaking . Clearly had been like it before our stay. -2 power outages in our short 2night stay ..
