Good choice for breakfast, location was fantastic, and the hotel is charming. We thoroughly recommend it.
It was a shame that the packed breakfast bag was disappointing as everything else was really great about our stay.

Perfect location near the main square & near San Blas area.
Open courtyard in the middle of the building, very picturesque but noise travelled.

Location, room size, staff was mostly friendly and accommodating.
Room was very cold. Stairs in the family room were too narrow to get luggage up and down safely, as well as people. Floor outside the room was slippery. I fell entering the lobby.

The staff was really nice and very accommodating.
The beds are very uncomfortable, there is no heat in the room and the layout of the room is very inconvenient
