Location is good
When we got there, car park was full

The rooms were a good size. great location. beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The hosts kindly allowed us a late check out as we had our car at the mechanic and we needed to wait somewhere with our bags and 4 children so that was much appreciated. There was good off street and undercover parking which would have been handy if we had a car.
The room had obviously been extended at some point and the finishing touches have not quite been completed... but hey, that's just aesthetics. however overall, the rooms were a little rough and did not feel very clean, also cigarette smoke was wafting through from neighboring rooms. For the budget price, it's kinda what we expected.

Our room was spacious and had fun painted decorations on the wall. Linen was very clean. Check in was easy. Parking was mostly good except another guest had parked badly across 2 parking so we had to park in the street... this was easy and not difficult to do. Price for family of 4 was great 😊👍🏼
Lamp next to bed didn't work, no ladder up to the bunk bed so my son had to move one of the chairs in the room to next to the bed to try get up and down. The communal bathrooms needed more frequent cleaning. They weren't in the best state when I used them before bed but was sad to go to the bathroom this morning and still find them in the same disarray... with that many people sharing, it just needed more frequent attention to keep the experience more pleasant 👍🏼 (price was very good so I guess you have to take that into account)
