Motel is in a very convenient and quiet location. Very clean and tidy
It’s quite tired but this is probably why the price was quite cheap

Super close to the water, food and drink and especially the Paihia Wharf for catching the ferry and boat trip. The lady on reception was also super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my one night stay and a plenty of parking
Nothing

The bathroom and kitchen are both in good condition. Plenty of off road car parking. An easy, short walk to the shops.
A broken window latch meant we couldn't shut the window.
Not soundproof with neighbouring rooms. Very noisy sliding doors.
