The location is prime, right across Kyoto Station and bus station. Makes getting to and from the hotel very easy. Lots of restaurants nearby for food. The room was clean and AC worked just fine. The hotel has vending machines on the 4th floor and a microwave and washer/dryer are available for use. Lobby has free tea machine and water dispenser. Hotel was able to store our luggage until check-in time. Smooth check-in/check-out process. No complaints at all.
