Room was clean, people were friendly.

The front desk clerk (Mo) recognized us from our stay 3 years ago and gave us a room with a view at the top floor. To me, that was the best location in the hotel. We really appreciated that.
The street construction right in front of the building caused some inconvenience. It would have been nice if we were offered free breakfast for the inconvenience.

The ability to access the facilities. Close to metro and buses and some local restaurants.
The bathroom is really small.

Fine for 1 night.
Communal areas good , breakfast OK.
Decor or in room very tatty, scratched walls, wallpaper missing...
Bathroom tiny so some hooks would have helped.
Lamp broken.
