Nice hotel. A bit dated as was built in 1900 but super well maintained. Everyrhing clean and nice mountain views. Thermal baths are amazing.

First class spa hotel
Access to the hotel by car and parking near by was pretty confusing and difficult.

Overall, the hotel itself exceeded expectations in many areas. The food was plentiful and delicious, and while the main thermal pool was a bit too warm for my personal preference, the cooler thermal pool was excellent and highly enjoyable. The fruit basket in the room was a nice gesture- thank you.
However, our experience was noticeably dampened by the service, particularly in the restaurant. The staff frequently neglected to clear our table, to the point where I had to take away the plates myself just to create space—yet this went completely unnoticed. It is a genuine shame for such a well-maintained property. The management should certainly encourage a higher standard of hospitality, as we felt somewhat overlooked compared to the attentive service shown toward other groups of guests.

Pool, spa, hot spring,
Food was like school dinners and there was no speciality restaurants, just the main restaurant and an a la carte menu. we had a room with no view at first even though the hotel was clearly nowhere near full. After we complained we got a better room.
