Great budget hotel with very nice family staff. The housekeepers were friendly too, especially Yui. The room was large with a balcony. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was about $4 and they stocked what i liked at my request, bacon, eggs, toast. Was consistently good. They gave me 2 bottles of water daily and generally took good care of me for my 5+ weeks stay. Low season was quiet. The pool was a good temp, but it is 100 yards down the street, i didnt mind that at all.
I could have used a larger desk with better chair for working online, but made due with the small desk and one of the chairs from the balcony. Room above me on top floor had wood floors which were noisy, so it was quiet when no one above me, but thump thumping when that room was booked.

Big room and friendly staff, I didn't know they served food until I left, perhaps there should have been a menu in the room. But I liked it there, will most likely stay again. I've stayed at 2 other places in Hua Hin (Plaza and Mandarin), both around the same price but this was much nicer.
Nothing to dislike about this place, wasn't much near there in terms of bars but that was ok, very close to the beach, probably suits older people more really.

Large room with its own bathroom and balcony.
The furniture is VERY TIRED especially the cupboard and the mirror drawers, the bathroom smells of toilet/ bad drain smell as soon as you turn on the taps. The cleaner and one of the older ladies on reception were lovely, the younger lady on reception not so much, moody and unresponsive.There are air freshener all through the hotel as I presume the bad smell is everywhere and they make the place smell alot better being scattered everywhere. Thevpool in the pucture is not their pool its a pool a minute away down the road which is shred with other hotels in the area.
