We were so impressed by a member of your staff - Nicky. She was there serving breakfast first thing, and was just as bright, cheerful and friendly when she was working during our function in the evening. What a fabulous person! She is a real gem.

The pool was cold and that was the reason we chose the place, for a in door pool it was cold and my son(7) was looking forward to the stay and was only in the pool for 5 minutes due to how cold it was very disappointing
