I think this was a very good quality motel with a very reasonable price.

Location just outside of town, the farm animals are a great touch for the kids and most of the rooms face onto there field so you can experience them else having meals. Really family friendly with a cute playground and the team were so lovely aswell.

It’s quiet and located very centrally to everything. The Alpacas were cute and funny.
The fridge was a little small, hard to figure out the stovetop. Need instructions.

Loved the alpacas and getting to feed them. Loved that the location didn’t smell of Rotorua. Beds were comfortable.
We were in the older style rooms and they were a bit lacking. Strange layout, sticky table that stayed that way even when we cleaned it, bathroom fans didn’t clear moisture, no where to hang the towels of the amount of people in the room.
