Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful well kept surroundings. Travelling on my own I felt safe and cared for. Food was beautiful.

It’s a suppsosedly picture perfect idillic island. Staff works there in generations. It feels like home, family, very warm. Lots of returning guests .
It is a quest to get there, which is not a problem unless you must get out. We witnessed a guest getting stung by a stingray and ourselves (the whole family) got very sick . Taxi , boat , and a plane to the major airport (or a hospital) is a journey. Facilities could use a refresh. And it is nothing to the property but in general we were expecting better beach . The island is very tidal with tiny beach accessible early mornings and late at night only leaving the day no water . Beach is only next to the jetty not by the room. And would be great to proactively give instructions to non pacific exposed tourists about a very active and dangerous wild life you ve got on the island . Only when we asked and saw someone stung.
