The location was perfect, justr walking distance from downtown. The staff was most friendly and helpful. And the bathroom had a heated floor. Fantastic!
The room rate was high, but it seems that hotel accommodation in Queenstown was much higher than elsewhere in New Zealand.

Fantastic location! Next to Queenstown Gardens, beautiful views of greenery and the mountains right outside the window. It’s peaceful and quiet, only a 5-minute walk to the waterfront and town centre. Best of all, the walk is mostly flat, which is a huge bonus in Queenstown!
This makes it so easy to head out for a stroll several times a day without having to worry about climbing steep hills on the way back to the hotel.

It was clean and well maintained with a small fridge and cooking facilities, off site parking under the building, breakfast was available.
Nothing.

The location of the property is great. You can be downtown within 3 min walk. The laundry facilities are very easy to use.
The walls and floors are so thin. If anyone in the entire property is moving around during the night, you will hear it. We had a room on the main floor and heard every single person walk around the hotel all night. Fix that and it's a perfect little hotel.
