Nice and clean. Beach view and just across the road from the beach. Conveniently located close to light rail and bus stops. Reception staffs were very friendly and helpful. After hour check in was really helpful as we had to check in late due to flight delay. Highly recommended
One out of 3 the lifts was out of order. But that didn’t affect our access to the apartment and they promptly fixed it.

Lovely large balcony overlooking the beach. The rooms were spacious, all room facilities were good such as dishwasher, washing machine etc. The sauna and pools were all open and great for the kids.
Located a short 10 minute walk to Cavill Ave
The room cleanliness could be looked into. There was dust throughout, though didn’t affect our stay. But attention to detail would make it more pleasant to walk into.

Location was exceptional- we had an apartment with ocean views
Good service- there was an issue with the hot water tank in our room 2 nights into our stay, but staff were able to allocate as another apartment with ocean view room for the remainder of our stay.
The main bedroom in the send apartment we got changed to, whilst it was clean, it unfortunately had a urine odour.
