It was well located and easily accessible from the motorway. Plenty of parking available even the fact that we were attending a wedding and still plenty of spaces. Once inside felt very welcome and were dealt with promptly and professionally. Room was without fault. Easy to get to from reception. Amenities met our needs and plenty of space for or clothes and other items. Even though other people in adjacent rooms it felt very private and could not hear others. Restaurant met and needs. Dietary and satisfactory. And very good value for money. As a wedding venue it delivered exceptional quality beyond what could be imagined. Staff throughout the stay could not have been any better. Courteous professional friendly and available at all times.
Had to leave.

The room was very spacious & clean.
There wasn’t any tea or coffee on our drinks tray. I did request some but they never arrived. Also our room was located over the party room & there wasn’t enough soundproof. Plus my hubby is a very light sleeper & he struggled to get any sleep.

It’s a beautiful hotel. We were given a very warm welcome by staff on reception. Lots of parking spaces available.
It was perfect

The room and en suite were clean, tidy and modern, the bed was comfortable, and coffee/tea/milk/water were provided.
Unfortunately our sleep was disrupted multiple times throughout the night by lorries reversing around the property (audible vehicle reversing beeping). As our room was on the ground floor with windows opening into the carpark, it wasn't a restful night's sleep. Despite the windows being closed, the vents let through the noise very easily.
